If there was a definition of late to the party, it would probably be me when it comes to reading the piles of paperback books that I have accumulated over the years. So I think its time I sign up for Novel Knight’s Beat the Backlist Challenge to try to knock some of these titles off my list.
Here’s how it works! The idea of this challenge is knock off titles that have been on your “To Be Read” pile for a long time, and to try to shrink that pile. There are only two guidelines for this challenge:
- The challenge will run from January 1st to December 31, 2017
- The book has to have been released prior to 2017. (In short, no new releases!)
Additionally there is an optional Hogwarts House Cup Mini Challenge that I signed up for and plenty of mini hunts you can do for this challenge as well. I am aiming for Hermione’s Library Challenge where you have to read and review a book for each letter of the alphabet.
In the meantime I will be tracking my progress here and listed in alphabetical order!
